About Border Star PTA

Border Star Montessori PTA is the parent-driven connection point between the school and involved parents. The Border Star PTA is proud of its accomplishments since its inception in 2000. A partial list includes: Staff Appreciation, annual Book Fair, Uniform Exchange, Spring Carnival, Reflections Cultural Arts Program, Outdoor Classroom/Prairie and Kiosk, Field Trips, RIF (Reading is Fundamental), Playground Equipment and a Parent Education Program.
We invite you to attend our meetings, usually held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the school. Check the calendar for the next meeting date. Dinner is served at 6:00, with the meeting starting at 6:30. Free child care is provided. To join the Border Star PTA, click here to fill out an individual membership form to print and mail with your check, or click here if you are a business and wish to join. Everyone is welcome to join—neighbors, grandparents, friends and relatives. Attendance at meetings is not a requirement of membership, though everyone is certainly invited to join us. Joining the Border Star PTA makes you a member also of the State PTA (www.mopta.org) and the National PTA (www.PTA.org). |
